Dragon Pipefish Corythoichthys spp.
Best kept on their own or with other passive fish species, dragon pipefishes spend their time hunting for tiny crustaceans. Best kept in a nano-reef or species tank to ensure that they get enough to eat. They may eat some of the tiny crustaceans that parasitize stony corals.
Feed live foods such as live adult brine shrimp, juvenile ghost shrimp or mysid shrimp. A productive refugium and live rock can aid in getting them enough to eat.
