Tube Anemone - Purple Cerianthus orientalis
Challenging to keep, these beautiful animals require a "neutral zone" around them as the sting from their crown of tentacles is potent and damaging to many other reef animals including fishes and giant clams. Requires a deep sandbed or sandy mud bed for their tubes.
Feed small planktonic foods regularly.
