Colt Coral Premium Frag Includes: Alcyonium, Dendronephthya, Lemnalia, Litophyton, Nephthea
These soft corals grow rapidly and need to be trimmed. They respond well to judicious pruning as they get larger, and the aquarist can easily propogate the cuttings into new colonies. Some species do not do well in a tank with lots of hermit crabs, which crawl over their surfaces, causing them to retract their polyps and may interrupt feeding.
Have zoodxantehllae, but benefit from phytoplankton additionas and do best in tanks with well developed sand bed infauna.
