Grey "Live Rock" Epoxy Tailored Aquatics Frag-Epoxy is a hand-mixable, fast curing, underwater epoxy putty perfect for mounting coral frags to your reef. Frag-Epoxy can be blended in as little as one minute, no tools needed and can be applied under water to stone, concrete, acrylic, fiberglass and more. Frag-epoxy sets in five minutes, hardens in 15 minutes and is rock hard in 12-24 hours. Frag-Epoxy is reef safe and may be used in freshwater systems and ponds as well.
Directions: Attaching coral frags to live rock. 1. With a knife cut off desired amount of Frag Epoxy. 2. Knead into one uniform color with fingers. You now have approx 5 minutes of easy working time before putty sets. 3. Roll into grape size balls (larger if mounting large corals), apply into rock crevice above or below the water and place frag into the workable epoxy now on the rock, molding the putty and surrounding the coral. Holding the frag in place may be needed until epoxy putty stiffens. (approx 2 min.) Epoxy hardens in 15 minutes and fully cures in 12-24 hours.
