Calcium Dry Concentrate 225g Tailored Aquatics uses only the highest quality ingredients to ensure top quality products. Tailored Aquatics Calcium Dry Concentrate is an extremely powerful calcium supplement. At nearly 360,00ppm this product can raise calcium even in the largest systems very fast. Use caution not to raise calcium more than 40 ppm per day.
Mixing Directions: Always test aquariums calcium before using this product. Calcium Dry Concentrate should be used by experienced hobbyist only! Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of calcium pellets in one cup of cool freshwater per 50 gallons. Add slowly to sump or high flow area of aquarium every second day or as needed to maintain a calcium level of 420ppm - 450ppm. Do not raise calcium more than 40ppm per day.
NOTES: This product gets hot when mixed with water, always wear rubber gloves when mixing this product and never add dry pellets directly to an aquarium. For best results Tailored Aquatics Calcium Dry Concentrate is to be used with Tailored Aquatics dKH Plus or Tailored Aquatics dKH Dry Concentrate to raise and maintain KH levels of 8-12dKH. More or less of Calcium Dry concentrate may be needed to maintain a calcium level of 420ppm- 450ppm.
