PM Hang on Venturi Skimmer

Rejuvenation venturi based Hang-On skimmer.
Note: Standard HOT-1 protein skimmer is not compatible with autowaste collectors.

Note the clear lines in and out, threaded connections, built-in SPEARS 3/4" ball valve, and keyhole flange at the cup. Also note the skimmer neck is 1/4" cell cast acrylic. Unlike other designs on the market, the entire cup removes for cleaning.

The Precision Marine HOT-1 is a hang-on-tank skimmer that combines the benefits of both counter current and venturi protein skimming. The quality of materials and construction are well above average. Due to the design, adjustment and routine maintenance is simple. If there is a down side to this skimmer, it is a bulky unit that requires ample room for installation, but can also be installed free-standing if this is a problem.
