Five Lined Coral Goby Gobiodon quinquestrigatus
Thes gobies usually nestle within branching small-polyped stony corals. They feed on tiny crustaceans, protozoa, coral mucous and tissue. They may nip at stony corals but they do not cause irreparable damage to larger colonies. Rarely aggressive toward unrelated fishes they may fight amongst their own species. Will spawn in captivity amongst coral branches.
Feed finely shaved table shrimp and vitamin enriched brine shrimp.
