Yellow Assessor Assessor flavissimus
A lovely fish that is ideal for the new marine aquarist: it is disease resistant and completly uninterested in ornamental invertebrates. It requires rocky caves or ledges to hide in and commonly swims upside down if given appropriate overhanging decor. This is a peaceful fish that is a likely target of aggression if kept with overly boisterous species. May jump out of an uncovered tank if disturbed.
Feed meaty foods such as finely chopped fresh or frozen marine fish flesh, shrimp, squid, mysid shrimp and frozen preparations for carnivores.
